This website conforms with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (5773-2013) and Israeli Standard IS 5568 at Level AA (based on WCAG 2.0/2.1).
1. Our commitment
UVComm Infrastructure is committed to providing an accessible website for all users, including people with disabilities, in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998 and its Service Accessibility Regulations (5773-2013).
2. Conformance level
This site aims to conform with Israeli Standard IS 5568 at Level AA, which adopts the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0/2.1. Ongoing testing covers both automated tools and manual review with assistive technologies.
3. Accessibility features available on the site
- Accessibility menu (icon at the bottom-left of every page) with: text resizing, high-contrast, inverted colors, grayscale, link highlighting, readable font, enlarged cursor, and reduced motion.
- Full keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, and a "skip to main content" link.
- Semantic HTML landmarks (header, main, nav, footer), proper heading hierarchy, and ARIA labels on icon-only controls.
- Alternative text for meaningful images; decorative images are marked as such.
- Hebrew and English versions with correct language and direction (RTL/LTR) attributes.
- Color contrast meeting WCAG AA on body text and UI components.
- Forms with associated labels and clear error messages.
4. Known limitations
Third-party embeds and externally-hosted documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to address any such gaps; please report issues using the contact details below.
