Privacy Policy

Aligned with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and Amendment 13 (in force 2025/2026).

1. Controller

2. Personal data we collect

  • Identification & contact data you submit through the contact form (name, email, company, message).
  • Technical data automatically logged when you visit (IP address, user agent, referrer, pages viewed).
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see section 7.

3. Purposes & legal basis

We process personal data to (a) respond to your inquiry and provide consultancy services; (b) secure and operate the site; (c) comply with legal obligations. Processing is based on your consent, the performance of a (pre-)contract, our legitimate interest in running our business, and statutory duties.

4. Database registration & retention

Inquiries you send are stored in our customer-relations database. Under Amendment 13 to the Protection of Privacy Law, databases containing personal data are subject to notification and security obligations; we apply the security level appropriate to the database's sensitivity. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, and then deleted or anonymized.

5. Sharing & transfers

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, email, analytics) under written confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where legally required. International transfers comply with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 5761-2001.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may: access your data, request correction or deletion of inaccurate data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to yuval.itservices@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Protection Authority (PPA) in Israel.

7. Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies to operate the site and, with your consent, analytics cookies to improve it. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the consent banner and change your choice at any time by clearing site data.

8. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017.

9. Children

The site is not directed at individuals under 16; we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
